Can be brought back to life again !

with our

Video tape Rescue Service
(Tape repair and transfer to DVD)

How  does it work ?

The damaged video cassette is striped down and inspected, broken or worn out parts are replaced or the video tape is removed and placed into a new cassette housing with a new set of mechanical parts i.e. guide rollers, reel brakes,   etc. If the video has been snapped or screwed up, the tape will be temporarily sliced and a standard video to DVD transfer is carried out. When the DVD has been made it is sent out to you by 1st Class recorded delivery.  When we received confirmation that the DVD has arrived safely and all is OK we will return the video tape, if the tape has been spliced we recommend that it is not  played in a domestic video player or camcorder as this may damage the machine (the tape will be labelled with a warning as appropriate).

How much does it cost ?

VHS Video or Camcorder tape Rescue and Transfer to a DVD cost just £24

To ensure we achieve the highest quality we normally transfer around 90 minutes to a DVD although this can often be stretched to 2 hours
for tapes with recordings longer than 2 hours we recommend the recording is split over 2 DVDs (double disc set)

You can also order Additional copies made at the same time as your DVD for just £5 each
or 3 Additional copies from the same DVD for £10 with our 3 for 2 Special Offer!

An Mpeg2 digital file made from your rescued recording copied on to a PC-DVD data disc £5

Hi Michael, Many thanks for sending the dvd's so quickly, I received everything safely. I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service you have provided. The footage has so much sentimental value to me I was so pleased that you managed to transfer it to dvd, ill be able to relive the memories again and again!! I will be recommending your service to all my family and friends for sure. I'm so glad I came across your web site when I did.  Pleasure dealing with you
